We will maintain a presence in the host
facility to manage the project for the
duration of the partnership. |

The partnering hospital shall provide enabling domestic environment conducive for the smooth implementation of the project, such as local approvals, consents, licenses and other relevant permits or regulatory approvals as may be necessary for the importation, installation and operation of the oxygen generating machinery. |
